The studio was founded by Gerald Kamau, a Kenyan director and cinematographer whose work sits at the intersection of documentary honesty and cinematic control. Gerald’s journey began with borrowed cameras, school plays, church events, and long nights editing short films on an overheating laptop. That formative season shaped a filmmaker who understands both the art and the realities of production, including time, budget, people, and the responsibility that comes with telling real stories. Today, he leads projects that range from intimate weddings and Ruracio ceremonies to music videos, television commercials, and campaign films. Each project receives the same level of focus: stories that feel honest, look refined, and retain their relevance long after the moment has passed.
